A Georgetown County firefighter died Friday while on duty at Fire Station 4 in the Pleasant Hill community.
An autopsy revealed that Shon Rice, 34, died of natural causes, said Georgetown County Coroner Kenny Johnson. Rice had ongoing health issues, Johnson said."
